Viking Development LLC, a partnership between MRD and three trusted colleagues, has prepared for the development and construction of 24 units of net-zero market-rate rental apartments on a 10,600 SF site in North Portland, directly across the street from New Seasons Market, and less than 5 minutes away from the heart of St. John’s- one of Portland’s most vibrant and active neighborhoods.
