Hillside Dr Luxury Homes
For this project, we built two luxury homes in a premier neighborhood in SW Portland. We created a third tax lot, and sold to a local builder after the two homes were completed and sold. Prior to our acquisition, there were two dilapidated single-family homes, which we demolished. Both homes were featured on the prestigious Ainsworth Holiday Home Tour, and sold quickly.
